Refunds and Cancellations – Olla Store

2. Failed Orders

If your order fails or cannot be processed, the amount will be automatically refunded to your Olla Store wallet for future purchases.

3. Refunds to Your Payment Method

If you prefer a refund to the original payment method (such as eSewa, Khalti, IME Pay, or card), please contact our support team.

You’ll need to provide:

4. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds are not available for:

  • Purchases from third-party sellers or resellers.

5. How to Request a Refund

If you need a refund:
